This Madrecuishe and Bicuishe blend mezcal comes forward as distinctly herbal with notes of rooibos and overripe tropical fruits. It's sweet and oily with little to no smoke. A thoroughly unique and well-crafted mezcal.
Serving Suggestion
The best way to appreciate the unique flavors and aromas of Ensamble 3 mezcal is by serving at room temperature. We would not recommend drinking on the rocks or mix in cocktails, as the quality of this mezcal justifies drinking itself.
